What are my available payment options?

We accept payment mainly via Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Additionally, Apple Pay also accepted. You may select your preferred payment method at checkout.

My order has been shipped, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, all orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled.

What’s the status of my order?

You can find the status of your order in your account page. Otherwise, feel free to drop us an email at and weโ€™ll respond within 1-3 working days.

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Weโ€™re sorry to hear that the item you want isnโ€™t available! Please drop us an email at to make a request.


How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

Once payment has been received successfully, please give us 3-5 business days to dispatch your items. However, kindly note that shipping times are subjected to availability of merchandise.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email indicating your tracking link.

Singapore: To track your package, kindly refer to the email containing the tracking number. Do note that this method is only applicable to orders shipped via Standard Courier Shipping.

International: Tracking your package when you’re based out of Singapore is actually really simple. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to our shipping carrier’s website. Detailed instructions will be included in that email as well, so just keep a look out for it.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Singapore: Orders shipped via Standard Courier Shipping will take about 2 โ€“ 3 working days. Do note that the delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.

International: For customers based out of Singapore, orders will be delivered via Teleport or Fedex (unless otherwise stated). Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 – 20 working days, and is not inclusive of internal processing and verification time. 

Returns & Refunds

How can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

We are not responsible for mail lost/damaged in transit, and any delays due to incorrect delivery information, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, items damaged or mishandled by the courier services are out of our jurisdiction and we would not be held liable. To exchange for the same item, please send us an email at

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
