A collaboration with Modern Eurasian Restaurant

A second tableware piece from the Wei! Series produced in collaboration with modern Eurasian restaurant, Moonbow.

Nestled in the heart of Singapore’s Dempsey Hill, Moonbow serves a delectable menu of modern European cuisine with Asian influences.

This deep dished plate is modelled after ‘Tentacles de Poulpe’ – a dish from Moonbow’s delectable fusion menu, comprising of chargrilled octopus tentacles served alongside sebago potato foam, Spanish sweet paprika and crispy garlic – that takes on an expressive form that reflects the stronger hints of sweetness and saltiness in the dish.

Aligned with Moonbow’s aesthetic identity, the plate adopts a contemporary palette and silhouette.
